REMPE founder and partner Dins Ricards Rempe is a certified tax adviser with extensive experience in tax law, transfer pricing, and corporate structuring.
Dins' professional experience has been shaped by working at leading local and international consulting firms, leading projects and taking part in the implementation of complex local and cross-border projects, including:
- transfer pricing documentation preparation; transfer pricing policy development and implementation for corporate groups;
- cross-border deal structuring and tax planning;
- business and intangible asset valuation;
- client representation in tax and transfer pricing disputes before the tax administration and in courts.
